Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing Ireland is seeking a highly organised, professional, and customer‑focused Administrator to join our team in Dungarvan. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our laboratories and providing exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering efficient, confidential, and high‑quality administrative support across the organisation. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring all interactions reflect the professionalism and values of Eurofins. Your work will directly support laboratory operations, document management, and daily business activities.

Job Description

• Provide a friendly, helpful, and confidential service to all callers, visitors, and internal colleagues.
• Manage all filing and archiving in an organised and controlled manner, including retrieval of archived documents.
• Scan and link Data Packages into eLIMS‑BPT accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare visitor badges, maintain visitor logs, and ensure visitors are welcomed professionally.
• Keep the reception area neat, tidy, and secure at all times.
• Organise refreshments for visitors and meetings when required.
• Manage incoming and outgoing post daily, including sorting to hot files and preparing mail for dispatch.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Leaving Certificate qualification required.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail, with a typing speed of at least 55 wpm.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and take ownership of assigned work.
• Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
