This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a Sales Manager (French Speaker) to join our Talent Solutions Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Account Executives as well as leading key activities across the France and EMEA SMB and MM Team overall.

The purpose of this role is to accelerate the growth of the overall France corporate acquisition business. To accelerate the growth of the team, you will:
- Improve the France teams' sales skills through feedback, coaching and performance management
- Create a culture grounded in DIB’s, psychological safety and operational excellence
- Be an inspiring leader able to lead through change, set high standards and nurture growth mindsets
- Role model collaboration to gain maximum leverage
- Apply business acumen and innovation to challenges and opportunities
- Drive deals by joining customer meetings

Responsibilities:
- Participating in the Go-To-Market Planning for the region.
- Set a compelling vision that aligns and inspires the team.
- Lead a high performing and predictable business through driving prospecting and pipeline building activities across the team.
- Have impactful team meetings and one-to-one’s that help each team member to exceed their quota.
- Coaching each team member on sales competencies to develop their skills and transform their careers.
- Provide strategic support on complex deals when needed.
- Deliver reliable and accurate forecasts through CRM hygiene and deal reviews.
- Be a key member of the France leadership team by doing things like developing and scaling best practices.
- Listen to the needs of the market, keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity, and sharing insights with product and marketing teams.
- Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives.
- Be an evangelist of our products and maintain deep product knowledge.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of people management experience leading quota-carrying sales representatives
- 5+ years in a quota carrying role
- Experience leading teams through high-change environments (hiring, ramping, or performance transformation)
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, SDR, Marketing, or Channel
- Experience with leading cross-team projects
- Fluent in French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, SDR, Marketing, or Channel
- Proven ability to build scalable operating rhythms and performance systems that drive predictable results
- Has invested in their leadership skills in DIB’s and / or psychological safety
- Experience in leading through ambiguity and change, setting clear direction and maintaining execution focus
- Experience being a strong collaborator
