The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. .
We’re looking for a Senior LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Sales Executive to join our fast-growing Growth & Mid-Market Segment. The role requires you to identify potential client opportunities and generate new business. You’ll be responsible for outreach to and building relationships with clients in an effort to optimize revenue. You will own your own book of business and strategically target companies within your book, selling solutions that help them achieve their marketing objectives. You’re comfortable with and are excited to meet and exceed quota, always acting in the best interest of the client and aligning with LinkedIn’s culture and values while contributing to the exciting dynamic of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Build pipeline and strong relationships with clients in your book to consistently achieve or exceed quota expectations
- Besides quota, achieve quarterly KPIs designed to help you drive sales
- Drive customer engagement and relationships across your book, balancing scale and creating more strategic partnerships with priority clients
- Leverage existing as well as new client accounts to grow business revenue
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for your book of business, leveraging LinkedIn’s various tools and processes for book prioritization and client engagement
- Educate clients on their opportunities for optimization of the LinkedIn platform, using your digital media expertise to help them be successful
- Provide updates to the management team on your pipeline and sales forecast, key objectives and results
- Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Demonstrate strong operational excellence, prioritization and book management skills.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles with internal or external stakeholder management experience
- 3+ years of media sales or digital marketing experience
- 2+ years experience in a direct revenue generating role
- Business fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in or with the UKI Market
- Proven ability to manage a sizable volume of clients/accounts
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Experience connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and upselling and cross selling solutions to them
- Knowledge of how online advertising and Account Based Marketing works and the ability to explain it in ordinary terms
- Proven communication skills across multiple channels (e.g. virtual meetings, phone, and email)
- Experience building relationships with senior marketing and key decision makers
- Ability in activating and growing existing business
