Job Description
You will be responsible for ensuring the technical integrity, governance, and compliance of regional media activations. This role safeguards data accuracy, platform standards, and operational excellence across the ad tech ecosystem while balancing hands-on execution with cross-regional stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate combines deep platform expertise with strong governance discipline and thrives in complex, multi-market environments.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Platform Governance & Management
Maintain administrative oversight across the organization’s ad tech stack, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk, and Adobe Advertising Cloud.
Ensure regional campaigns adhere to global platform governance standards while accommodating local regulatory and market requirements.
Conduct ongoing operational oversight of tracking infrastructure, pixels, tags, and data integrations to ensure technical integrity.
Serve as the regional escalation point for platform access, permissions, and technical troubleshooting.
Technical Operations & Data Integrity
Partner with the global Ad Tech team and agency to implement and QA campaign tracking and measurement frameworks, including pixel deployment, tag management, and conversion tracking.
Validate data consistency between advertising platforms and internal systems (CRM, marketing automation, analytics environments).
Ensure compliance with GDPR and country-specific privacy regulations, as well as brand safety requirements.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues including tracking failures, delivery disruptions, and reporting discrepancies.
Proactively identify risks within the technical ecosystem and implement preventative solutions.
Agency Partnership & Enablement
Collaborate closely with the agency’s regional hub team on campaign setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and testing initiatives.
Review agency platform usage to ensure adherence to governance standards and operational best practices.
Provide technical guidance and enablement on platform updates, requirements, and evolving standards.
QA complex or high-risk campaign launches to minimize executional risk.
Support ongoing agency performance evaluation and partnership optimization discussions.
Financial & Vendor Operations
Reconcile platform invoices against agency billing, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Monitor regional budget pacing and spend allocation across platforms.
Coordinate with platform representatives regarding billing issues, credits, and partnership opportunities.
Maintain documentation of platform spend, credits, and billing adjustments to ensure financial transparency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Media Strategy to assess technical feasibility of campaign plans and provide early-stage guidance.
Coordinate with the Global Ad Tech team on configurations, integrations, and governance updates.
Collaborate with Analytics on measurement frameworks, data quality standards, and reporting accuracy.
Work with Creative and Marketing Operations teams to ensure seamless end-to-end campaign execution.
Process Optimization & Documentation
Maintain comprehensive regional documentation including account structures, access protocols, and troubleshooting guides.
Contribute to global SOPs and platform governance documentation.
Identify and implement process improvements that reduce operational friction and improve scalability.
Share regional insights and operational best practices with the global Ad Ops organization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, campaign management, or ad tech.
Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk, and Adobe Advertising Cloud.
Experience managing multi-country campaigns with regional complexity (language, currency, regulatory requirements).
Strong understanding of tracking and measurement frameworks, including pixels, tag management systems (e.g., GTM), and conversion tracking.
Hands-on experience with billing reconciliation and budget oversight.
Demonstrated expertise in regional technical standards and distributed data governance models.
Working knowledge of GDPR and regional privacy regulations in digital advertising.
Strong agency collaboration skills with a balance of quality control and partnership mindset.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Comfortable operating across time zones in a global environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B technology or SaaS marketing environments.
Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, or data visualization tools.
Platform certifications (Google Ads, LinkedIn, The Trade Desk, Adobe).
Experience across EMEA or APAC advertising markets and their regulatory nuances.
