BaxterStorey have an incredible new venue at the Irish National Stud & Gardens and are looking for a Supervisor to join the team.

We are currently seeking a professional, proactive, and service-driven Assistant Manager to join our dedicated team at the Irish National Stud & Gardens.  This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail

Full Time - Day Time Hours 5 over 7 Days

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service across the location.

  • Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and member satisfaction

  • Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring

  • Handle member queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and discretion

  • Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

  • Support the management team in implementing policies and enhancing service offerings

  • Oversee events and private functions as required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality

  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

  • Flexible availability, including weekends, and holidays as needed
