The Role
We are recruiting Manufacturing Technicians at various experience levels to join our brand‑new Kilkenny site. This is a hands‑on technical role where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our automated production lines run safely, efficiently, and reliably. - Support or lead continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities
- Assist with equipment installation, validation, and upgrades
- Train and support operators on production equipment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams
- Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and compliance standards

- Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing (advantageous)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and drive root cause analysis
- Comfortable working autonomously and leading tasks
