About The Role As a AI/ML Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning models to solve components of complex business problems. You will contribute to key aspects of the model lifecycle, including assisting with strategies for data acquisition, preprocessing, feature engineering, training, optimisation, and collaborating with scale teams for deployment and monitoring. You will focus on what delivers value for your project and seek purpose in all activities. You will work collaboratively across disciplines, engaging with designers, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to help integrate AI solutions into products and services. You are expected to stay current with advancements in AI research and technology and leverage training for continuous learning in the field. Additionally, you will mentor and support less-experienced team members, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence, and promoting best practices in responsible AI within your immediate team.
