What You Will Do: Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business leaders, shaping digital technology strategies and architectures. Architecture & Roadmaps: Translate digital strategies into product and platform architectures, and support the development of transformation roadmaps. Programme Leadership: Lead the technology stream in large-scale digital and channel transformation initiatives. Delivery & Engineering Support: Guide modern engineering squads during product delivery and contribute to delivery leadership for value realisation. Digital Experience Design: Build modern digital architectures that enable personalisation, AI-driven assistance, content optimisation, and intelligent cross-channel engagement.
