Our team combines engineering, programme delivery and digital expertise to help clients modernise how they deliver capital projects—using technologies such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) to improve outcomes across the full asset lifecycle. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment of growth, working alongside experts across Industry X to digitise, optimise and transform traditional capital project delivery. The opportunity: Accenture is seeking Digital Engineering practitioners with strong BIM delivery experience to join our Infrastructure & Capital Projects team in Ireland. This role focuses on defining BIM and VDC strategies and leading their implementation across greenfield and brownfield construction and engineering programmes, spanning design, construction and handover. In this role you will: Drive digital transformation across capital projects, helping clients realise value through BIM and VDC‑enabled delivery models across the full asset lifecycle. Define and govern BIM delivery, including developing BIM Guidelines, reviewing BIM Execution Plans, and ensuring alignment across design and construction teams. Provide end‑to‑end BIM oversight, ensuring effective 3D design coordination, high‑quality model reviews, smooth handover from design to construction, and delivery of accurate as‑built models. Design future ways of working for clients, shaping operating models, processes and technology solutions in collaboration with business, engineering and digital stakeholders. Build trusted client relationships and support growth, contributing to innovation workshops, proposal development, sales pursuits, and thought leadership across the Industry X practice.
