Your Impact
The Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of small to medium size electronic security projects within the TDS hardware department. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing resources, scheduling, risk assessment, and maintaining communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure everyone is well-informed and aligned on project goals.
• Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that electronic security systems meet high-quality standards and adhere to industry regulations and standards.
• Budget Management: Track project expenses and ensure that the project stays within budget.
• Timeline Management: Monitor project progress and make adjustments to keep it on schedule.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and change orders.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with project teams, including technicians, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure they have the resources and information needed to complete their tasks.
• Testing and Commissioning: Oversee the testing and commissioning of electronic security systems to ensure they function correctly.
• Client Support: Provide support to clients, address their concerns, and ensure they are satisfied with the project's outcome.
• Compliance: Ensure that the project adheres to all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• In-depth understanding of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control & life safety systems.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to electronic security systems.
• Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software for planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and suppliers.
• Experience in project planning, time management, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
