Contract: Full time – 12-month fixed-term contract
Location: ALONE Head Office, Olympic House, Dublin 2 (Hybrid)
Working Hours: 35 Hours per week over 5 days.

We are now recruiting a Business Intelligence Lead to oversee the delivery of a defined programme of data quality, reporting and business intelligence improvements to support service delivery, performance management, accountability, and evidence-based decision-making. The BI Lead will be responsible for improving data quality and visualisation, enhancing dashboards and reporting and increasing data literacy across the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of priority data quality and reporting projects across ALONE’s core systems
- Work closely with ICT and Services teams to lead initiatives to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability across core systems
- Oversee the development and optimisation of operational dashboards and performance reports (including rollout and embedding of Tableau across the organisation)
- Oversee provision of high-quality datasets and reports to support organisational reporting
- Ensure systems and data structures support accurate capture and use of data for internal monitoring, evaluation and decision-making
- Develop and deliver training materials to build confidence and capability across teams in using ALONE’s data systems.
- Support and guide data-related projects and decisions
- Provide line management for the Data Analyst, supporting prioritisation and delivery of BI outputs
- Additional duties as assigned
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a business intelligence, data analytics, or data management role
- Experience working with Salesforce (or a similar system), including data structures, reporting, and dashboards (Tableau experience desirable)
- Demonstrated experience improving data qualityand reporting
- Experience designing and delivering data training or capacity-building initiatives
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives across teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders both internally & externally
- Experience working in health, social care, or community-based service settings desirable
