We're hiring an experienced Programme Lead to drive the successful delivery of a large-scale operational transformation programme within a complex, customer-facing environment. This role will lead the end-to-end delivery, integration, and adoption of multiple transformation workstreams spanning digital operations, self-service technologies, frontline tooling, and process redesign.
The successful candidate will combine strong programme delivery expertise with hands-on organisational change leadership, ensuring new capabilities are delivered safely, adopted effectively, and embedded successfully across operational teams in a live, fast-paced environment.
Please note: this role operates on a hybrid working mode, with 2 days per week onsite in North Dublin.
Key responsibilities & duties include:
Programme Leadership & Governance:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-stream transformation programme
- Establish and maintain integrated programme plans aligned to business priorities and funding
- Drive programme governance, including Steering Committees and executive reporting
- Act as the central point of accountability for programme delivery, risks and overall health
Business Programme Management:
- Translate strategic objectives into delivery-ready roadmaps and actionable plans
- Manage programme financials, benefits tracking, and value realisation
- Oversee dependencies, risks and delivery trade-offs within a live operational environment
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure delivery milestones are achieved
Operational Change & Adoption:
- Lead the overall change and adoption strategy across the programme
- Ensure change management activities are embedded into programme delivery plans
- Drive stakeholder engagement across operational, technology, and business teams
- Support employee consultation and engagement activities where required
Operational Readiness & Transition:
- Own operational readiness, cutover and transition planning
- Ensure technology and process changes translate into operational capability
- Oversee go-live activities, hypercare support, and post-implementation stabilisation
- Monitor adoption, performance, and business outcomes following deployment
Stakeholder & Supplier Management:
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and operational leaders
- Resolve cross-functional delivery and prioritisation challenges
- Coordinate effectively across suppliers, technology teams, and operational functions
Required Experience:
- 10+ years experience leading large-scale business or operational transformation programmes in complex environments
- Strong track record managing multi-stream delivery programmes and third-party suppliers
- Deep organisational change management and transformation delivery capability
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior and frontline levels
- Strong executive communication and reporting skills
- Experience operating within fast-paced, operational or regulated environments
- Ability to balance transformation delivery with business continuity requirements
Desirable Experience:
- Experience within aviation, logistics, transport, infrastructure or similarly operational industries
- Organisational change qualifications or certifications
- Experience delivering technology-enabled operational transformation programmes
