Description
Mission
We are looking for an HEBP* for a 4-month assignment starting in early May, on a fixed-term contract, based at our sites in Cork or Madrid.
Reporting to the Human Ecology (HE) department, you will lead and contribute to several cross-functional HE projects. You will be a key player in the transformation plan, ensuring the follow-up of ongoing projects while launching new structuring initiatives.
You will also play a key role in supporting managers and employees in implementing HR policies, managing human resources, and driving internal transformations, while addressing human, organizational, and operational challenges. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with operational teams to align HR initiatives with company objectives, strengthen employee engagement, and support management in talent management, training, recruitment, and change management.

Main Responsibilities
Work closely with operational leaders to align HR initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives and priorities;
Advise and support managers in their day-to-day needs and team management (recruitment, performance management, talent development, etc.) to optimize their effectiveness;
Identify team structure, skills, and resource needs to support operational performance;
Support managers and teams through organizational transformation projects, acting as a strategic partner for change;
Foster a company culture that enhances employee engagement and productivity, while anticipating the impact of decisions on the social climate;
Work with the DGHE to define HR projects (office management, transparency regulations, etc.), while proactively staying informed about economic, legal, and social trends impacting HR strategies in the sector;
Specific Responsibilities
Conduct benchmarking analyses of compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with market standards;
Contribute to the definition and evolution of the compensation policy and related schemes (bonuses, social protection, etc.), in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
Oversee the quality of recruitment and training activities carried out by HEBPs, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards, while providing guidance and support when needed;
Collaborate with departments to anticipate workforce needs and support strategic HR planning;
Profile
With a Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources, Management, Administration, or Labor Law, you have at least 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a similar HR role, managing a full HR scope autonomously, ideally in a multi-site and multi-entity environment. You have an excellent level of English, both written and spoken, which is essential to operate in an international context.
You demonstrate autonomy and initiative in carrying out your responsibilities and are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. With strong communication skills and a strategic mindset, you interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (managers, employees, Executive Committee, HEBPs, internal departments) and adapt your communication to ensure clear and structured exchanges. Organized and detail-oriented, you ensure the quality and reliability of HR processes in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
Your expertise covers all aspects of the role: strong knowledge of HRIS and HR tools, personnel administration, payroll, employee relations, KPI monitoring, and reporting. You are able to support organizational changes, solve complex issues, understand employee needs, and build long-term trusting relationships.
