The AWS Global Data Center Supply Solutions Team is looking for an experienced Portfolio Associate based in the either London or Dublin. In this role, you will be a key member of the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) team responsible for performing administrative tasks and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our expanding portfolio in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The Portfolio Associate will work closely with Portfolio Managers and internal partner teams to monitor and support the business objectives of our team in order to mitigate risks and uphold portfolio data integrity. The Portfolio Associate: - Has strong organizational skills - Strong attention to detail - Work independently in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Key job responsibilities
• Tracking, reporting, and monitoring of all documents/contracts received to to ensure KPI's are being met
• Onboarding and tracking of payment setup for all new entities for the portfolio
• Review, audit and processing of acquisition related payments with internal Spend & Transactions Policies and contractual terms
• Interpret complex commercial contractual language found in acquisition related transactions
• Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver results requiring collaboration and coordination with multiple teams
• Assist both Owned and Leased teams with various other administrative tasks
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or another related field- Experience utilizing commercial real estate software platforms such as Tango, Yardi, or MRI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration within an industrial, commercial, and/or data center environment- Experience reading and interpreting lease language, managing critical lease dates, and conducting lease negotiations
- Are you comfortable working in a fast paced consistently demanding environment?
- Are you good at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, often under tight deadlines?
