Occupational Health Nurse

Position Summary
Analog Devices International (ADI) is seeking a motivated and organised Registered General Nurse to join the Occupational Health team at our Limerick manufacturing site. This role will support the delivery of occupational health services under the guidance of the Senior Occupational Health Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
Health Surveillance & Clinical Support
Support delivery of health surveillance programmes (e.g. audiometry, spirometry, vision screening).
Conduct clinical assessments and assist in follow-up processes.
Administer vaccinations and perform phlebotomy as required.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
Case Management Support
Assist with occupational health referrals and return-to-work assessments.
Support the Senior OH Nurse in managing sickness absence cases.
Liaise with employees and relevant stakeholders as appropriate.
Administration & Compliance
Maintain secure and confidential medical records in line with GDPR and regulatory requirements.
Support audit preparation and documentation processes.
Collaboration
Work closely with the Senior OH Nurse, EHS, HR and Operations teams.
Contribute to health promotion and wellbeing initiatives across the site.
Qualifications & Experience
Registered General Nurse with valid NMBI registration.
Minimum 3 years post-registration experience.
Previous occupational health experience desirable but not essential.
Competency in audiometry, spirometry, vision screening, phlebotomy and vaccinations desirable.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while also operating effectively within a team.
