AppleCare Product Manager, EMEIA
Cork
Description
Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, great new ideas have a way of becoming phenomenal products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. Bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish.
As part of the Product Management team within the AppleCare Business Development Organisation, we are strengthening our team with an experienced Product Manager to lead and drive initiatives across EMEIA. We offer a collaborative environment where you will work alongside creative, talented people using ground-breaking technologies.
The AppleCare Product Manager takes ownership of the full product lifecycle — from strategy through to launch and sustaining — with accountability for planning, development, implementation and measurable outcomes across products, programs and services. Your work directly shapes exceptional experiences for Apple's customers, resellers and third-party partners. Navigating ambiguity, creating structure where it doesn't yet exist, and communicating clearly across all levels of the organisation are key to the success in this role.
You will bring strong analytical skills to identify and interpret trends in service delivery and customer behaviour, using these insights to drive project execution, accelerate growth and increase operational efficiency across the business. While strategic thinking is valuable, this role also demands a strong focus on operational excellence, requiring hands-on management of existing product lines, process optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
This is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional influence, requiring you to manage and motivate large teams without direct reporting lines. The role is primarily EMEIA-focused, though some initiatives carry global reach, requiring occasional flexibility to accommodate working hours across regions.
