As a Badge Services Lead, you will be at the forefront of ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of service, and supporting the team of badge services professionals to deliver results.
- In this role, you'll provide operational guidance to a group of dynamic Badge Services contractors, ensuring that all badge-related functions run seamlessly. You will play a key part in shaping a positive, collaborative culture, ensuring the smooth issuance of badges, access control, and assisting in the safety and security of all team members and visitors. - Proven experience providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- A people-focused, collaborative approach that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Effective time management including the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize.

- Demonstrated knowledge of our iOS and macOS operating systems and software.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
