Description

We have an exciting role for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Pricing Analyst. You will be part of a team that are responsible for the implementation of pricing for all Apple branded and third party products, including certain software and services for all Apple markets. The team is responsible for managing highly confidential data and working closely with cross-functional partners such as Product Marketing Finance, Business Management, Finance, Sales Finance, Master Data Management to support strategic product related events and initiatives involving pricing.
We are looking for a self-starter, team player to join our team based in Cork. The pricing analyst role is highly operational, system driven and adept to project management and problem solving.
  • Manage, organize and validate large volumes of master data related to Apple branded and third party products in order for the data to be consumed by Apple's various markets
  • Working with cross functional business partners as well as internal team members to perform the job responsibilities that includes managing country and channel offerings and implementing various pricing related data elements
  • Understand dataflows and systems interfaces across multiple systems in order to successfully manage the process and provide support to downstream business partners
  • Strategic member or leader of several systems, process improvements and strategic business initiatives
  • Proven experience in a business or analytical environment, with a strong understanding of pricing, data management, or related operations
  • Prior experience managing or maintaining master data elements
  • Prior experience working in large enterprise systems, ideally SAP
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, analyse, and validate large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and high profile deliverables with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work comfortably with high level of ambiguity and complexity
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presenting complex concepts in straightforward ways
  • Proficient in Excel with the ability to handle complex data manipulation and analysis
  • Degree qualification or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
  • AI/ML utilisation experience
  • Track record of identifying opportunities for improvement, recommending solutions and implementing them
  • Proven ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively as a collaborative team member
