We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to deliver complex engineering projects from conception through launch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals on time and within budget. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
You are a natural connector, adept at proactively building strong, collaborative relationships and fostering an environment of trust and mutual understanding between diverse groups – including remote teams across timezones. You’ll leverage your interpersonal skills to facilitate clear communication, navigate complex dynamics, resolve impediments, and orchestrate activities, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project delivery.

- Orchestrating collaboration across engineering, product, partner and business teams, navigating complexity, mitigating risks, and ensuring precise progress.
- Demonstrating self-direction and accountability, prioritising multiple tasks and leading project teams to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Building strong relationships with business owners and stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of current needs and future roadmap, managing expectations and focusing on overall project success.
- Managing end to end project communications, including roadmaps, status reporting, business communication and management updates, supported by clear project documentation.
- Managing IT, development and third-party teams to deliver cross-functional software features and enhancements on time and within budget.
- Facilitating business planning for new projects and scope changes, including business justifications and strategic roadmaps.
- Relevant experience in planning, managing, and successfully delivering large cross-functional systems projects with involvement across all phases of project lifecycle.
- Proven ability in working with globally distributed teams, demonstrating adaptability to support stakeholders across time zones and driving various teams to resolve delivery dependencies and facilitate effective problem solving.
- Structured approach to stakeholder engagement and communication planning, supported by strong presentation, organisational, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leveraging Generative AI tools and LLMs to streamline program management workflows, including technical documentation, automated status reporting, and data synthesis.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to empower teams, influence stakeholders, negotiate across functions, and maintain momentum in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, with the ability to engage in technical discussions, distil complex concepts into clear business language, and adapt creative solutions to undefined challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with excellent verbal and written communication skills and continuous learning mindset.
