The Manager, Program Operations – Vendor & Fulfillment, leads a global team of Program Managers and Regional Supplier Managers, driving operational excellence across asset management programs, strategic vendor partnerships, and high-impact fulfillment processes. This role requires an individual who excels at simplifying complexity, improving processes, and delivering reliable outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • Lead and develop a global team, ensuring consistent and reliable service delivery.
  • Manage operational performance programs with an emphasis on Click to Deliver timeliness, fulfillment accuracy, and end-to-end customer experience.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee escalation management for rapid resolution and recurrence prevention.
  • Lead urgent downtime and on-site equipment locker operational management, including root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
  • Own strategic 3PL partnerships, covering performance reviews, contract alignment, and operational oversight.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for fulfillment, deployment, returns, and partner workflows.
  • Build and report on operational metrics and KPIs to measure service levels, vendor performance, and program health.
  • Oversee vendor performance management and corrective action plans across multiple service providers.
  • Conduct market analysis on fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics rates to inform planning and cost optimization.
  • Manage operational fulfillment for site-level needs across supported business groups.
  • Partner with IT, Logistics, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support program roadmaps and resolve operational issues.
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, logistics or supply chain leadership
  • Experience working with 3PLs or vendors in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using metrics to guide decisions
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills
  • 2+ years of people management experience leading operational or program teams
  • Experience in operational fulfilment, asset management or hardware deployment programs
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives or scaling operational programs
  • Knowledge of logistics market trends, rate structures or warehouse operations
  • Experience developing standard operating procedures and operational documentation Comfort working with data to create dashboards, measure KPIs and identify trends
