Key Internal Relationships: Director of Partnerships and Affinity Lines, Sales Director – Affinity Lines, Team Members, Team Leaders within Affinity Lines, Department Heads within Affinity Lines
Key External Relationships: Client Relationships & Affinity Partner Relationships
The purpose of this role of Affinity Lines Sales Team Executive role working closely with the Sales Director in a dynamic team environment. The role entails working on company-driven sales campaigns that centre around the current Arachas lead facilities. The purpose of this role is a fast-paced role working within a dynamic team setting. The role entails working with the Sales Director and other relevant Affinity Teams to sell the suite of products available in Affinity Lines.
Role Accountabilities and Core Responsibilities
Sales and Activity Management:
Seek, Quote and Convert quotations for new Affinity clients
Assist in achieving the overall objectives of the Affinity Lines New Business Team
Responsible for customer interaction via email in an efficient manner and to the required level of output, compliance and quality standards.
Keep client records complete, accurate and up to date
Deal with incoming & outgoing calls and queries between clients and insurers
Ensure policies are ordered, paid for and issued in a timely manner
Comply with all management audit requirements
Customer Relationship Management:
Build effective working relationships with both new and existing customers by establishing trust, anticipating needs, sharing information and meeting commitments
Deal with any issues that customers may have with their policies
Assist Compliance in dealing with complaints
Customer Service:
Take personal responsibility for delivering the highest level of accuracy and quality in your work
Deal with requests and enquiries from customers, staff and management in a professional and timely manner and ensure that the complaint management standards and procedures are applied
Demonstrate promptness, dependability and commitment in dealing with customers
Team Collaboration:
Contribute to the team by sharing information, ideas and opinions
Build good working relationships, collaborate with other teams and treat others in a fair and respectful way

Requirements:
APA minimum acceptable and working towards CIP Qualification
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
Strong communication skills are essential
