The Private Client Team are a close knit, high performing, customer centric team. We deliver a personalised insurance experience that involves taking the time to get to know our clients, understanding their insurance requirements and developing a bespoke solution that will ultimately give them peace of mind.

Our clients are all unique (from emerging wealth clients to global Ultra High Net Worth individuals and everything in between) which makes for very interesting working days! Collectively we’re always learning and sharing knowledge as we develop our concierge Private Client Service.

This role is based from our Sandyford office in a hybrid model.

Role Accountabilities and Core Responsibilities

  • Participate in all Private Client functions – with main focus on New Business but also participating in renewal issue, midterm client queries and working on a shared basis with the team.

  • Ensure agreed processes are followed in all matters

  • Manage aged debt and premium collection

  • Provide a concierge service and seek to deliver an elevated customer experience at every touchpoint

  • Build effective relationships with our clients by establishing trust, seeking to understand their needs, providing expert advice and exceeding their expectations

  • Deliver a high degree of professionalism and a courteous manner whether communicating by phone or email

  • Take personal responsibility for delivering the highest level of accuracy and quality in your work

  • Deal with requests and enquiries from customers, staff and management in a professional and timely manner

  • Collaborating with other teams across the business who introduce new Private Clients being mindful of commercial client relationships; working with closely with Account Directors to grow New Business.

  • Working as part of a team environment to ensure all customer needs are met

  • Working together to ensure the team is on track to meet monthly and yearly targets

  • Work with the team leader and compliance teams in ensuring that quality of file records meets prescribed standards.

  • Working in line with the QA Framework and Central Bank regulations.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment

  • CIP Qualification (or working towards CIP)

  • Strong communication skills are essential, as the main focus is to help grow New Business Targets.

  • Possess a positive, can do attitude with the ability to adapt to and embrace change and to

  • Attention to detail

  • Possess the ability to manage deadlines & prioritise workload and adapt to unforeseen events.

  • Demonstrate good technical knowledge (product specific training will be provided)

  • A good degree of personal organisation and a structured approach to time and resource management

Person Specification
  • Previous Open I & Relay experience

  • Proficient in Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel

  • Friendly and courteous manner on the phone

  • Ability to develop relationships with insurers and clients

  • Willingness to learn & develop

  • Strong work ethic

  • At minimum APA (but working towards CIP)
