The Role: As Ashgrove Renewables continues to expand our organisation, we are looking for additional Home Energy Upgrades Surveyor to join our team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll visit homes, predominantly across Munster, to assess properties and gather the required technical information needed to design and deliver high-quality home energy upgrades. You’ll play an integral role in helping homeowners understand and improve the energy performance of their homes, while ensuring our design and installation teams have the accurate pre-installation information they need to deliver projects right first time. Full training will be provided to the suitable applicants. Description of Responsibilities Complete pre-install home surveys as required to facilitate the design / pricing & analysis of energy upgrade measures including, but not limited to: Attic, wall & floor insulation, Solar PV panels, Heat pumps, radiators, windows & door. Follow processes and checklists provided to identify potential issues pre-install Undertake site specific project mark-ups & agreement with clients Maintain all records and appropriate paperwork regarding client installations Liaise with both internal /external stakeholders to book and execute surveys Report all weekly activities through our CRM Full training will be provided Requirements Min 2 years plumbing, roofing, electrical or heating work experience required Full clean driving licence Safe Pass Flexibility to cover a predefined territory - predominantly Munster.
