CLINICAL NURSE MANGER 2/ SOCIAL CARE LEADER
Community Residential Service, Limerick
CNM2 PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT (37.5 Hours Per Week)
SCL PERMANENT FULL-TIME (39 Hours Per Week)
Salaries: CNM2 € 62,699 - €79,227 * (lsi)
SCL €57, 484 - €67, 130 *
*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Essential:
- NMBI Registration OR QQI Level 8 is desirable but applicants with level 7 degree who have relevant experience will be considered. The award must be considered eligible for CORU registration.

· Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent.
· Have at least 5 years post registration in either Nursing or Social Care of which 3 must be within Intellectual disability services.
· Have experience of supporting people with intellectual disabilities, complex health needs, autism and behaviours of concern
· Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work on own initiative. · Proven managerial, organisational and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively with families and the wider MDT.
· Have a detailed knowledge of the HIQA standards / regulations and Health Act 2007 and have the ability to maintain compliance with HIQA.
- Full clean manual Irish driving licence.
- Proficiency in the English language.
Desirable:
· RNID division
· Knowledge of person-centred planning and New Directions Standards.
· Have previous experience at CNM1 level/ equivalent within the area of Intellectual Disability.
