We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Product Development and Strategy Director to join our Tax Product Management Ireland team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead product development and strategy for large and/or complex products, typically within high-growth product areas, leveraging fully developed core expertise in industry trends, market segments, and competitor profiles.
• Apply experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies to direct the overall product strategy for the organization.
• Manage and guide the product management team with subject matter expertise, experience, and thought leadership to influence key stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure product strategy alignment with company goals.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for product initiatives.
• Develop and execute product launch and go-to-market strategies.
• Utilize a balance of technical knowledge and business acumen to successfully launch software or services in partnership with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• Demonstrated ability in product development and delivery with a proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap.
• Prior experience working in the financial industry preferred.
• Experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies in product strategy and delivery.
