We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Operations Governance and Outsourcing Senior Specialist to join our Alternative Investment Services team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support governance and outsourcing related processes and deliverables across the outsourcing lifecycle.
- Initiate workflows/submissions for items requiring outsourcing approval to governance committees. Coordinate follow-up actions arising from governance approvals and communicate updates to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit supporting evidence required to close governance actions and committee agenda items.
- Act as a point of contact for selected projects and governance initiatives, including coordinating updates and participating in project discussions.
- Maintain interaffiliate Service Level Descriptions, Risk and criticality assessments for Outsourced Service Providers (OSPs) and vendors.
- Maintain outsourcing procedures and ensure they are reviewed and updated on an annual basis.
- Produce and support recurring management information and reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
- Perform headcount monitoring and projections including data gathering, analysis, validation, reconciliation and reporting.
- Maintain key operational registers across multiple functions, ensuring organisational and operating model changes are captured accurately.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Fund accounting background is mandatory.
- Experience in an operations, governance, outsourcing oversight, risk, or business support role within financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Experience preparing management information, reports, governance documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across a wide stakeholder group.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint. Experience in Co Pilot also preferable.
- Ability to analyse data, identify discrepancies, and produce clear updates and reporting.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
