Motor Mechanic / Technician, Bolands Wexford

Bolands Wexford is looking for a qualified mechanic to join our busy service department in Wexford.

The job

• Servicing, diagnostics and repairs on cars and light commercials
• NCT prep, brakes, suspension, clutches, timing belts and general mechanical work
• Using diagnostic equipment to find faults properly the first time
• Keeping job cards accurate and finishing work to the time quoted
• Working with the service advisors and parts team to keep customers informed

What you need

• Recognised trade qualification (Craft Certificate in Motor Mechanics or equivalent)
• At least 2 years' experience in a franchised or independent garage
• Full Irish or EU driving licence
• Good diagnostic skills and a tidy, careful approach to the work
• Franchise or manufacturer training is a plus, but not essential
