We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Manager to lead the crew and assist the General Manager in daily operations. You’ll support your team, and make sure every customer walks away with a smile.

• 🍴 Upholding our food safety and quality standards

• 💡 Driving sales and hitting KPIs

• 🛠️ Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly

• 🥑 Managing stock, wastage and deliveries

• 🙌 Creating a positive, fun, and focused work environment

• ✅ 1 years’ experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment

• 🚀 Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership
