We're looking for a Marketing Manager who isn't just executing traditional playbooks, but is actively pioneering the future of marketing by leveraging AI with authentic human-led content ā€ The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute highly specific marketing plans that drive significant pipeline and measurable business results. This a full-stack marketing role that combines technology and creativity to engage and energize our target market The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in an early stage high-growth technology company . They have a track record of designing, owning and executing specific marketing programs that directly support pipeline growth and revenue targets ā€ I. Strategic Planning & Execution šŸŽÆ This is a results-first role, for a highly organized executor, able to tie marketing activities directly to pipeline generation and sales outcomes. A) Campaign Creation & Management: Own the full lifecycle of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, content, social). This includes deep audience segmentation, message creation, execution, and performance reporting against pipeline goals B) Sales Support & Lead Optimization: Design programs specifically to support warm outbound initiatives (e.g. targeted account-based content, personalized resources) and to qualify and accelerate intent inbound leads (e.g. streamlined lead flows, tailored nurture sequences) C) High-Value Event Optimization: Drive measurable sales outcomes from key marketing moments like partner events, executive roundtables, and practitioner meetups, for lead gen, meeting booking and pipe acceleration D) Curiosity and Innovation: Continually test new channels, features and tactics to stay ahead of marketing and technology shifts ā€ ā€ II. Human-Led Marketing 🧠 We require technical & creative expertise to elevate the brand and scale outputs. Content & Storytelling: Develop and champion content with strong personality, hot takes, and proprietary stories to build influence for our brand Product/Brand Storytelling: Craft narrative-driven content that articulates the value our we deliver for Bronto customers AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): Optimize content workflow for presentation by Large Language Models (LLMs) and answer engines Prompt Engineering: Design and test high-context prompts to maximize content quality, speed, and relevance across all campaigns Implement AI-driven workflows to automate repeatable marketing components (e.g. social media, content repurposing, initial ideation) ā€ Evidence of Success šŸ† Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive marketing experience , focussed on B2B tech Including 2+ ye
