Who We Are

Brothers of Charity Services Ireland offers a variety of residential, day, respite, assessment, and clinical services to individuals with varying degrees of intellectual disability. Many of the people we support have additional needs, including autism, behaviours that challenge, and physical or sensory disabilities.

Services and supports are provided to over 6,500 people, and their families, throughout Counties Clare, Cork, Galway, Kerry, Kilkenny, Limerick, Roscommon, Tipperary, Wexford and Waterford. PROVIDING SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES

We wish to invite applications for the following post in:

West Limerick Children Services CDNT Newcastle West, Co. Limerick

PERMANENT SENIOR GRADE PSYCHOLOGIST

(70 HOURS PER FORTNIGHT)

We are currently recruiting a Permanent Senior Grade Psychologist to work in West Limerick Children Services CDNT, Newcastle West, Co Limerick. The successful candidate will work as a member of an interdisciplinary team and will be responsible for the delivery of psychological services to children /young perosn who present with complex needs arising from a disability

· Candidates must satisfy Department of Health & Children and PSI guidelines for appointment.

· Candidates must have an honours degree in psychology together with the appropriate postgraduate professional qualification recognised by the PSI.

· Applicants who qualified outside the Republic of Ireland must have their qualifications validated by PSI.
