Catering Officer, Grade II – Internal Competition Only

Purpose of the Role:

· Will be responsible for carrying out all relevant duties within the Catering & Household Services department, which meet the food safety standards set out by the Hospital in compliance with HACCP regulations

· Will deliver a catering service to patients, staff & visitors in a polite & respectful manner

Essential Criteria:

· Experience of dealing with the public in a busy environment.

· Have at least 2 years’ experience of working in a catering/food service environment.

· Have completed the Primary Course in Food Safety, Level 2
