Essential Requirements:

🌟 Be registered on the Occupational Therapists board at CORU, or pending completion of registration to be able to commence post by January 2027
AND

🌟 Have five years full-time (or aggregate of five years) post- registration qualification; of which four years full-time (or aggregate) post registration qualification clinical experience must be in the required area of specialism (relevant acute paediatrics specialities e.g. neurology, neurosurgery, general paedriatrics, respiratory, cardiac, orthopaedics AND including sufficient experience in critical care environment).

AND
🌟 Demonstrate a proven record of clinical excellence in specialist area

AND
🌟 Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development relevant of the required area of specialism, in the form of post-graduate qualifications or relevant courses.

AND

🌟Demonstrate achievement in the areas of clinical audit, quality improvement initiatives, practice development, teaching and research

AND

🌟Demonstrate evidence of having supervised junior staff members and/or students
