Your Impact
Assist in the definition of the Agentic Developer Experience in Cisco Collaboration.
Help define security posture for Collaboration.
Engage with engineering teams to understand developer needs and improve workflows and user experience.
Contribute to internal developer platforms and tooling.
Participate to CI/CD pipelines using the GitHub ecosystem (e.g., Agentic Workflows).
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
Familiarity with modern development practices, including version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
Exposure to CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar).
Experience with Developer Portal (e.g. Backstage).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development concepts.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Experience with developer experience (DevEx) initiatives or platform engineering concepts.
