Business Analyst - Transformation

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst at Citco to help support our BPM platform; Business Optix. You’ll gain hands-on experience in platform implementation, quality assurance, and user support, building both technical and analytical skills in a global financial services environment. This role offers strong growth potential for motivated individuals ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities

Operational Support:

  • Manage master data uploads and API exports
  • Provide support for user application queries and escalations
  • Maintain and update supporting documentation (user guides and admin guides)
  • Evaluate and assess new BusinessOptix releases for potential implementation within our libraries

Quality Assurance Support:

  • Support development and maintenance of QA standards and testing protocols
  • Execute QA testing and validation of BusinessOptix implementations
  • Design and perform end-to-end testing for multi-system integrations
  • Review and validate Service Catalogue uploads in BusinessOptix
  • Support model transfer validation between Business Optix and our workflow tool

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years in Project Management experience with demonstrated responsibility and ownership of projects, preferably in financial domain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of API integrations and data management
  • Excellent documentation, writing and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
  • Basic understanding of QA methodologies and testing practices 
  • Basic knowledge of BPM concepts and process modeling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of financial services industry
