What This Role Will Do
- Own day‑to‑day delivery coordination and governance execution
- Maintain accurate tracking of actions, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress
- Provide clear, visibility of what is open, blocked, or at risk
- Drive follow‑ups and closure of actions to maintain execution discipline
- Support senior team members by removing administrative and tracking overhead
Key Responsibilities
Jira governance and management
- Maintain ticket hygiene, status accuracy, and dependency tracking
- Ensure defined governance standards are applied consistently
- Proactively follow up to drive movement and closure
Delivery and project support
- Maintain project plans, action logs, and RAID items
- Track progress across workstreams and surface issues early
Reporting, dashboards, and action tracking
- Own and maintain delivery and governance dashboards
- Provide clear visibility of open actions, risks, dependencies, and overdue items
- Actively track actions and follow up with owners to drive closure
- Surface execution risks, slippage, and blockers early
Meeting and execution support
- Track actions and follow‑ups to ensure timely closure
- Ensure actions are captured in dashboards and tracking tools, not just meeting notes
Governance enablement
- Support execution of agreed operating models and processes
- Reduce reliance on senior team members for administrative and tracking activities

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential
Experience in delivery coordination, governance, or program support roles
Strong action tracking, follow‑up, and execution discipline
Experience producing delivery reporting and dashboards
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, multi‑workstream environment
Desirable
Experience working with Jira or similar delivery tracking tools
Experience supporting governance frameworks or operating models
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Ability to create and maintain dashboards, with a proactive and self‑directed approach
Exposure to client experience, delivery, or transformation initiatives
