Create Your Profile First
Before applying for any position, you must first create a profile on the Hire Lab platform. This is a one-time setup and is required in order to submit an application for any job.
Apply After Creating Your Profile
After creating your profile, you must then apply for the specific position you are interested in.
If you do not receive a system-generated confirmation email stating that your application has been submitted, it means your application has not been received and will not be included in the competition.
Separate Account Required for City of Dublin ETB
If you already have a Hire Lab account through another Education and Training Board (ETB) or organisation, you cannot use those login details to apply for City of Dublin ETB positions.
You must create a new account specifically for City of Dublin ETB.
Account Expiry and Deletion
To keep your account active, you must log into the system at least once per year.
If you do not log in within a 12-month period, your account and all associated details will be automatically deleted by the system.
A system-generated email will be sent to notify you before your account expires.
