Site Manager & Foreman
Description
Cleantech Civils is currently looking an experienced Site Manager & Site Foreman to oversee and manage two internal fit-out projects in Monaghan Town.
Experience working on commercial internal fit-out projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities Site Manager
Manage the day-to-day running of the projects on site.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and deliveries.
Ensure works are completed safely, to programme and to a high standard.
Liaise with the client, design team and other project stakeholders.
Monitor progress and deal with any issues arising on site.
Coordinate materials, plant and labour requirements.
Maintain site records and ensure health & safety requirements are followed.
Help manage the programme and ensure key milestones are achieved.
Carry out quality checks and ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications.
Requirements Site Manger
Proven experience as a Site Manager ideally within commercial fit-out.
Min. Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Construction/Civil Engineering or similar.
Experience of MS project.
Safe Pass.
Drivers License.
Eligible to work in the EU.
Key Responsibilities Foreman
On-site planning of all resources including labour materials and sub-contractors.
Ensuring the adherence to safety and quality standards and maintaining all necessary records on site.
Ensuring works are carried out to programme and budget.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with contract specification and drawings.
Liaising with Senior Management to ensure all issues are resolved speedily and efficiently.
Requirements Foreman
A trade background with a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience.
Proven record of coordinating and managing small to medium size projects.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and within strict timescales.
Good people management skills.
Safe Pass.
Drivers License.
