At Coffey, we’re continuing to strengthen our HR systems, reporting and digital capability — and we’re looking for a Senior HR Systems Analyst to help shape that journey.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role is for someone who enjoys improving systems, enhancing data quality, generating meaningful insight and finding smarter ways of working. You’ll help deliver value through continuous improvement and the thoughtful application of digital solutions.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in improving how HR systems and people data support business decisions and the employee experience. That includes:
- Optimising and supporting HR systems, (ERP -IFS, ATS - ePloy) and leading the continued development of HCM modules as part of ERP deployment
- Leading requirements gathering with HR and business stakeholders to define functional and technical solutions
- Ensuring knowledgebase of HR modules of new IFS releases, recommending best approach for updates and leading testing of new features, enhancements and periodic upgrades
- Conduct data integrity and data security audits ensuring compliance to legal and ISO standards across HRIS and other people Systems
- Support integrations between ERP system and other HR systems to ensure seamless data flow
- Improving workflows, reducing manual workarounds and supporting self-service adoption
- Using AI-enabled tools and automation to improve employee experience, workflow efficiency and reporting functionality
- Partnering with stakeholders to deliver responsible, value-driven digital improvements
- Building expertise of team and stakeholder groups through provision of training \ development of other job aids
- Owning people data quality, controls and audit (including ISO) readiness, and enhancing HR dashboards and insights using Power BI
About You
What we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you bring:
- A third-level qualification in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Technology or a related discipline
- Strong hands-on experience supporting and optimizing HRIS / HCM systems, ideally within an ERP-based environment
- Proven capability in system support, troubleshooting, testing, upgrades and translating business requirements into practical system solutions
- Strong understanding of data integrity, governance, security and compliance within HR systems, with experience supporting audit activities, data integrations and data flow across platforms
- Experience producing HR dashboards and insights using Power BI or similar tools
