As a Deskside Support Engineer, you will make an impact by taking care of hands and feet support for Dedicated project in terms of End User issues and Vulnerability remediation. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant team and work collaboratively with manager, primary team, or other stakeholders and teams.

In this role, you will:

· Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC) Break Fix and end user support activities as required.

· Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image (aka eCore).

· Complete special projects as requested by Customer.

· Provides technical training to more junior employees.

· Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery.

· Where required provide support for the Manufacturing Shop Floor handhelds laptops

The Ideal Candidate

· Deskside Support Desktop/Laptop/PC Support

· Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC) Break Fix and end user support activities as required.

· Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image (aka eCore).

· Complete special projects as requested by Customer.

· Provides technical training to more junior employees.

· Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery.

· Where required provide support for the Manufacturing Shop Floor handhelds laptops and scanner device
