CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER 1 (Non-Supervisory Grade) - Ref: 104481

The filling of these posts is based on the criteria as outlined in HSE HR Circular 15/2025

The Role

As part of a team, provide holistic support to people with an intellectual disability in their residential service, day service, respite services and within their community. The person/s appointed should be flexible in their approach to service provision and should have the ability to work as part of a team. They will be required to take an active part in ensuring that the day to day operations of the service reflect the ethos and vision of the Corlann South and that the needs of the individuals they support are met through Person Centred Planning.

The Candidate

1. Professional Qualifications, Experience etc.

• Have a nursing qualification & registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland - (NMBI) - An Bórd Altranais

1. Candidates must:

• Demonstrate initiative, good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• 3 years post qualification experience
• Possess a full clean Driver’s licence which qualifies you to drive on Irish roadS

2. Health

Candidates for and any person holding the office must be fully competent and capable of

undertaking the duties attached to the role and be in a state of health such as would indicate a

reasonable prospect of ability to render regular and efficient service.

3. Character

Candidates for and any person holding the office must be of good character.

Salary Scale: €57,780 - €68,046 CNM1 Non Supervisory Grade (1/6/26)
