Key Responsibilities

Act as the senior point of contact for assigned key customers or strategic regions, building strong relationships and ensuring consistent, high‑quality project delivery.
Represent the company in customer meetings, escalations, and strategic discussions, ensuring clarity of scope, expectations, and commitments.
Resolve specification issues, manage all project correspondence, and provide structured, periodic updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Negotiate and coordinate customer‑requested changes (pricing, delivery, scope) in partnership with Sales and Commercial teams.
Arrange and oversee customer witness tests and ensure a professional, well‑prepared experience.
Coordinate field service activities with the appropriate Service Manager to ensure seamless execution.
Provide accurate financial reporting and forecasting, proactively addressing risks and variances.
Drive commercial discipline and ensure all project decisions align with financial targets.
Lead project risk management, identifying issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.
Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to developing project management best practices across the organization.
Participate in the ITO/ITR proposal process for large or strategic opportunities, providing execution insights, risk assessments, and schedule input.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
Extensive experience managing complex engineering or industrial projects.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring and guiding project teams.
