Sales Operations Manager

Role Summary:

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and managing the sales operating model across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role supports Business Development Managers, the Bid Response Team, Pre-Sales Engineering, Commercial and Marketing by administering processes, systems and reporting that improve opportunity qualification, bid quality, forecasting and customer success for CTS' data centre design and build business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation through customer success.

• Administer CRM systems, pipeline governance, forecasting and dashboard reporting.

• Support Go/No-Go qualification and bid governance.

• Coordinate bid responses across sales, engineering, estimating and commercial teams.

• Maintain key account plans, customer intelligence and project databases.

• Conduct market research on hyperscalers, AI, NeoCloud, colocation and mission-critical markets.

• Develop customer-facing presentations, case studies and capability statements.

• Track RFPs, ITTs, frameworks, competitor activity and market trends.

• Produce KPI, forecast and executive management reports.

• Maintain proposal libraries, templates and sales documentation.

• Support customer success planning and repeat business initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvement of sales tools and processes.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Bid Management or Commercial Operations within data centres, EPC, construction or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; Power BI preferred.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
