3. Data & Technology Coordination

  • Oversee integration of operational, H&S and asset‑management data sources into analytics platforms.
  • Coordinate engineers, analysts, and IT to deliver dashboards, predictive tools, and reporting.
  • Support development of predictive maintenance models and asset‑risk insights.

4. Risk & Compliance Management

  • Identify and mitigate risks in data security, integration and regulatory alignment.
  • Ensure analytics outputs support ICAO/EASA/IAA compliance for safety, security, and asset performance.
  • Embed governance to protect data integrity and project success.

5. Agile & Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Lead delivery through Agile or traditional methods to ensure on‑time outcomes.
  • Drive collaboration across LABS, Ops, H&S, Security, Asset Management and Analytics teams.
  • Ensure solutions are user‑centric and operationally embedded.

6. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Track KPIs for operational performance, asset reliability, and maintenance efficiency.
  • Use feedback loops to refine tools and enhance decision‑making.
  • Promote ongoing optimisation of analytics platforms and processes.
