Job Description

Lead and coordinate technical IT projects across ARI countries and locations, primarily security enhancement initiatives and the Business Central (BC) rollout. Ensuring delivery to scope, time, cost, and quality, with robust governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. The role steers vendor partners and local IT teams to achieve a consistent, secure, and scalable enterprise platform.  

Responsibilities

Scope & Portfolio

Work with IT Managers and teams from ARI locations to plan and deliver the Business Central transition, coordinating central and local deployments.

Drive security enhancements (e.g., adoption of an ARI Central security framework, SIEM & SOC rollout, PAM enablement) in line with daa/ARI policies and country needs.  

General Global/Local project and dependency management (e.g., Power BI enhancements, eCommerce, PED upgrades, AI and CSG initiatives)  

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain country rollout plans, cutover schedules, and DevOps/Jira tracking, ensure milestone adherence and issue resolution.  

Orchestrate network/security upgrades ensuring compliance and risk reduction across ARI locations. Partner with daa security and infra teams on identity and access management, MFA, endpoint hardening, monitoring, and CAB readiness for deployments.  

Oversee significant Global and Local projects and changes, sequencing these changes around BC go lives.  

Direct and govern partner delivery (e.g., monthly development status with EBT; engagement with daa), ensuring SLAs and outcomes are met.  

Run project governance and comms in line with industry best practices (i.e. RAID, steering updates, status reporting, change/demand control, vendor/stakeholders mgt).  

Maintain transparent communication with Finance, Retail Ops, Security, and Local IT escalating blockers and decision needs promptly.  

Facilitate country workshops to capture localisation/fiscalisation requirements and reflect these in scope and timelines

Qualifications

Experience

Strong grasp of security engineering across enterprise environments.

Proven delivery of Dynamics NAV/Business Central programmes.

Expertise in project and programme management (RAID, stage gates, CAB readiness), with handson use of Azure DevOps/Jira for backlog, sprint, and release management.  

Skilled at coordinating distributed technical and business teams across multiple countries, vendors, and time zones, with wellstructured stakeholder engagement.  

PMP/PRINCE2 and/or Scrum Master/Agile certifications preferred

Relevant degree in IT/Engineering/Business
