Our Customer Service team are the first point of call for our customers. Delivering great service is essential and so the team play a vital role in ensuring we meet all our customers¿ needs to maintain our high standards. An opportunity has arisen within Customer Service for an experienced and enthusiastic Co-ordinator to join the Crewe team on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in maintaining good customer relations and improving our service from placing of order to delivery and after sales care. Key activities will include: Developing relationships with key customer and supplier contacts, maintaining good working relationships and building rapport Ensuring all orders are received in the correct format to reduce input error, checking SKU price against Service Agreement Deal with any customer queries that may arise from order placement through to delivery of goods Investigate and resolve all Customer Service related complaints in line with agreed SLAs Ensure all order amendments and daily tasks are completed as required Accurately input customers orders onto Oracle Ensure customer details are up to date and systems maintained Provide daily and weekly KPI data Who are we looking for? As the first point of contact for all our customer queries and complaints you will be a calm and confident communicator, who is genuinely interested in meeting customer needs with a positive attitude towards problem solving. Good listening skills and the ability to extract relevant information from customers will also ensure that you deal with queries promptly and have all the information to hand to ensure a speedy resolution. You¿ll have good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all order inputting and reporting. Oracle experience would be advantageous or other order management systems. Organised and conscientious, you will enjoy building relationships cross-functionally and demonstrate a positive and professional attitude to your role.
