Continuous Improvement & Projects Lead Dairygold Co-Operative Society Limited (Dairygold), is a leading Irish farmer owned Dairy, Nutritionals and Agri Co-Operative, generating a turnover of c. E1.4bn and employing 1,300 people across its business activities in Ireland, UK, Mainland EU, and Asia. Dairygold Agri-Business and Member Trading are seeking to hire a Continuous Improvement & Projects Lead. About the Opportunity Reporting directly to the Head of Milling & Grain for Agribusiness and Member Trading (A&MT) and based in Lombardstown, Mallow, Co, Cork, the Continuous Improvement & Projects Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering the Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy for the A&MT Division. The role identifies, leads, and governs strategic improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance, reducing cost, driving transformation, and embedding a culture of Lean and CI across the division. Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include: Develop and maintain the CI roadmap. Identify improvement opportunities across the supply chain. Lead CI initiatives to improve cost, service, and performance. Govern CI and strategic projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Promote CI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, OE). Lead value stream mapping and process optimisation. Act as a change agent and coach teams in CI. Promote visual management and standard work. Build strong cross-functional relationships. Key Performance Indicators Delivery of cost savings and efficiency improvements. Completion of CI projects on time and within budget. Team engagement in CI activities. Adoption and maturity of CI tools. Contribution to divisional strategy and performance. The successful candidate will have: A Third level qualification in a relevant discipline 8+ years experience in CI/Lean/OE. Black Belt certification. Experience with transformation programmes. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Advanced Lean/CI tool knowledge. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Strong leadership and coaching ability.
