Dairymaster are currently recruiting for: Sales Executive – MooMonitor+

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong agricultural knowledge, with a particularly deep understanding of dairy cow health, fertility, and breeding management. This role is primarily field-based and will involve regular travel within assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of the MooMonitor+ system across assigned regions and customer segments.
  • Conduct on-farm product demonstrations and customer consultations.
  • Maintain regular contact with farms to understand herd management needs and propose MooMonitor+ solutions.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor solutions, and technological advancements in dairy herd monitoring.
  • Communicate customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Represent the brand at agricultural shows, events, and demonstrations.

Experience, Qualifications & Personal Attributes:

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally in agriculture, agtech, or related equipment.
  • Ability to explain technical products in a clear, practical manner.
  • Strong background in dairy cow health, fertility, and breeding, with the ability to discuss herd reproductive performance confidently with farmers.
  • Experience selling herd-management technology, sensors, or farm automation products desirable.
  • Previous hands-on experience working with cows, particularly in roles involving breeding, fertility, or herd health desirable.

Viewing of a portfolio either online or soft copy is desirable.
An attractive salary is on offer for the right candidate.
