What We’re Looking For:
We are looking to hire an Information Security Operations Analyst to join our team in Galway. In this role you will learn and apply foundational IAM principles to support daily operations, while developing technical skills.
What You Will Do:
Support IAM operations by managing routine tasks like user provisioning and troubleshooting.
Technical Expertise:
Build a strong foundation in IAM concepts (e.g., RBAC, least privilege) and tools (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint).
Autonomy:
Execute assigned tasks under supervision, proactively seeking guidance when needed.
Communication:
Document work processes clearly and ask effective questions to clarify requirements.
Collaboration:
Partner with team members to deliver on project needs and incident resolutions.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Support initiatives and projects and collaborate with senior-level professionals.
- Cultivate and maintain working relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders, including business owners, engineers, and leadership.
- Partner with peers in the Identity Access Management organization to ensure governance processes are in place, enabling access to the business with least privileges.Identify gaps and enhancements within the team's processes for continuous improvement.
- Perform user lifecycle management (provisioning, deprovisioning).
- Assist in configuring and maintaining IAM tools and systems.
- Troubleshoot basic access issues and escalate complex problems.
- Document workflows, configurations, and processes.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Relevant degree in a Computer Science or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience working in an IT role with a focus on IAM (Identity Access Management) duties.
- Skilled in providing admin support for Azure AD and SailPoint.
- Experience breaking down problems, organising work following incidents management process.
- Some experience participating in small project teams, collaborate with business partners, and senior-level professionals.
Desirable (What Helps You Stand Out):
- Okta skills and experience.
- Qualification in Information Security would be desirable.
- Knowledge of ITIL, agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance (eg SOX.)
- Documentation experience.
