Administrative Assistant ECIU Project Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following position #003298 Administrative Assistant - ECIU Project, 11 Month Fixed Term Contract Role Profile The Registry is seeking to recruit a project administrative assistant to administer Registry student lifecycle events and records for students, modules and programmes associated with the European Consortium of Innovative Universities (ECIU) project.  The individual will be responsible for all elements of the Registry student lifecycle for all ECIU activities from admissions, registration, examinations and processing of results.  The post holder will also contribute to the ECIU project, providing updates and attending meetings.  They will also provide a support role to students and liaise with colleagues in partner institutions.     The information below provides an indication of the type of duties that may be associated with the post.  The individual will be primarily located on the Glasnevin campus but may be required to move between any of the DCU campuses.  Indicative duties may change over time. Salary Scale: Professional 4 - €44,169 - €50,901 (Point 1 to Point 4 only) Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in line with current Government pay policy.
