Post-doctoral Researcher: Strategic Lead for Public and Patient Involvement Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following position: #003324 Post-doctoral Researcher: Strategic Lead for Public and Patient Involvement, IUA Level 2 , 4-year Fixed Term Contract Role Profile Applications are invited for a full-time, 4-year fixed-term contract as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the PPI Ignite Network at Dublin City University. This project is active, and the position is available for an immediate start. The PPI Ignite Network is an All-Island partnership funded by the Health Research Board (HRB), bringing together 11 higher education institutions to strengthen the quality and impact of Public and Patient Involvement (PPI) in health and social care research. This role focuses on strategic implementation. The 2026-2031 phase marks a transition toward system-level impact, inclusive leadership, and international collaboration. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of annual strategic themes, ensuring PPI is embedded as a sustained, accountable feature of DCU’s research infrastructure. The post is based on the Glasnevin Campus, reporting to the Lead, Professor Veronica Lambert. Salary Scale: IUA Postdoctoral Researcher Salary Scale: Level 2 (Point 1): €54,850 – (Point 3): €59,654 per annum. Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in line with current Government pay policy.
